Once adjusted for the particular tile type, the entire spar set of the required roof tiles can be processed quickly and efficiently. Any scrap due to breakage is reduced to an absolute minimum.
The deadstop adjustment gives each roof tile the correct opening position and
grinding depth without additional effort.
The Röder ROOF TILE GRINDER permits making all openings on the top or bottom
of clay or concrete tiles or similar materials.
The current conventional processing with angle grinders represents a significant injury hazard for operators. Due to its large contact surface and the deadstop, the Röder ROOF TILE GRINDER greatly increases operator safety.
Any resulting grinding dust is collected over the connection to a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner.
